The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.

This was our third stay at this hotel. Great location. Staff friendly with low turnover. Food is very good. Rooms and beds are comfortable. We don't consider staying elsewhere in London any longer.

Great location with a cool vibe. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting in the lobby in the evenings with a pint or glass of wine after busy days of being tourists.
