Ok, not great facilities. Windows were draughty (given below-freezing temperatures outside, not good!)
No drinking water provided in the room or facilities in the room/on the floor. No coffee facilities in the room, coffee had to be bought in the cafe next to the lobby.
Room was a little tired, in need of some investment. Ventilation unit was hanging out of its slot on the wall, cracked toilet seat.
Staff were friendly and helpful, location good and central for tourist stuff (Central Park, Times Sq, shopping etc.)
Noisy street outside in the early hours of the morning didn’t help with sleep, but the bed was comfy!

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff was probably the nicest staff I have ever encountered during a hotel stay. The location was perfect and I appreciate the free bottles of water we received daily. My only regret was not asking for a room with a better view.
