Exceptional service and memorable tea party and pillows! First exceptionally quaint property and everyone was so kind. The pillows are to die for! The staff was so attentive and kind.
Note: several steps for most rooms and no AC which was fine for me but may not be for all.

The Bonham is in a perfect location and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are a good size. Our only complaint was with the house keeping staff. We left our room at 8:30 am and our room was not cleaned when we returned at 3. This happened 3 times during our week stayed

My room faced onto the street and it was very noisy at night. I don't remember seeing a note about no elevator when I was booking or I would not have chosen this place.
