The stuff very nice and polite

Everything was perfect with this hotel. Great location (right in front of the Cathedral), lovely rooms that were clean and a good size, fresh breakfast every morning and super helpful staff. Special shout out to Pilar - she was helpful, kind, thoughtful and just all around a great person. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is next to the Alhambra. Check-in was slow due to busy season. The room was small and the sinks were out of the actual bathroom which has a separate bathtub and a small shower with toilet and a bidet. The shower could be cleaner. The TV has no Internet connection and if you need to change the room temperature, you would have to call the front desk. We came to Granada for one night just to see the Alhambra, so it was alright. Overall, the hotel is very convenient to go see the Alhambra!

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and nice. Their breakfast buffet selections are plenty and delicious. Parking accessibility is great. I would stay here again, in the future, if go back to visit, Málaga, Spain.

Great hotel overall, we paid extra for the sea view - worth it - great sunrise views, just be aware it will get very bright in the morning! It is well located, just next to the beach, within 1-2 minutes there are some English/irish pubs walk but also good local restaurants for those wanting the full travel experience. 5 mins away you have the train station (more like overground) connecting you with the airport in 35 mins for less than 3€ and to Malaga city centre for just 4€. You can tap in just like in London tube, pretty easy. And if you want to know the city centre but can’t/don’t want to walk, you can take same line in the opposite direction just 1 stop. The reasons we didn’t think it was “excellent” are minor; the pool is a bit small, busy every time we checked and has no bar so we spent most time at the beach. There is also no gym but if you are into callisthenics there is space for that at the beach; same for volleyball. We liked the option to rent bikes, the area is well built for it, but didn’t try on this trip. We will be back for sure, overall is a lovely hotel.
