Very bad service. I think this resort care mostly for their locals which I understand but they should have treated everyone the same.
Definitely not our place to stay next time.

We had a lovely stay, place is super convenient, maybe 10/15 minute drive from the airport, we hired a car (would recommend) we had a three bedroom room, was spacious had a deck, and some seating inside, they gave us breakfast for the first day, and we stocked up at the supermarket.
