I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Şişli in Istanbul. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and professional.
A special thank you to the manager, Mr. Sammy Cervik, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. He made thoughtful adjustments and addressed all my concerns immediately with great care and professionalism.
I truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
