Awa Pet-friendly Holidays

Me and my wife had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and everything was very clean and well managed. The hotel is situated close to various train lines so getting around is very easy.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was super clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the bar had a great atmosphere. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The air conditioner in the room wasn’t working fully so our room was not cool enough. Location is great, minutes from Shinagawa station although it is an incline hill down, making it a slight tough walk on a hot day going back to the hotel as its upward slope. The small 7-11 on premise was very convenient!

A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful stay, and it is conveniently close to the market and the subway. Amenities such as bikes and umbrellas are available for guests, which I found to be a thoughtful touch. Although I didn’t dine at the restaurant, the menu looked appealing and well-prepared. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and attentive service for travellers.
