While this is a pet friendly hotel, and I am a pet owner, I prefer not to stay in a room with pet fur laying everywhere when the room should be cleaned between guests' stay. Staff was rude, room didn't have towels, phone, tv remote, ice bucket, breakfast didnt happen because the staff called out, lots of weed smoking in the stairways...bad and scary
