Room was good, very clean and bed was comfty. More milk for coffee's 100% needed.
Free water refill station also needed.
Staff at the restaurant were amazing.
Checking out and questions asked at reception were friendly and helpful.
Upon arrival and checking in, the staff who checked us in; was grumpy and short with answering questions. He didn't seem to care much.
Apart from that, it was a pleasant trip 👍

I didn’t have breakfast because I missed the time, but it was great that it was offered! I didn’t have luggage, just a backpack, so it was easy for me to get to my room but people with accessibility issues may struggle with the stairs.
