This was my second stay here, and overall, everything went well, from the check-in process and comfortable stay to the good selection of breakfast and great service throughout.
However, on the last night, things took a disappointing turn. We were informed downstairs that the rooftop bar was still open, but when we went up, the staff were already closing and spoke to us quite rudely.
The most disappointing part was during check-out. We entrusted the front office staff with storing important medications, which needed to be kept frozen. Unfortunately, they stored them in a cooler instead of a freezer, potentially compromising their effectiveness. Given the high cost of these medications, this was very upsetting.
