An exceptional stay at SLS Baha Mar. My trip truly would not have been complete without Christie, the concierge, and Miguel at the front desk. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care elevated the entire experience and made my stay a true joy. I look forward to returning.

Pros: Room was beautiful and the ocean view was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Onsite excursion booking made exploring easy. The pool was lovely and access to the beach so easy. Cons: nearly impossible to book a reservation at the restaurants other than the buffet. The gym was in dire need of updating. Very basic equipment and a severely outdated cable machine. Fitness is very important for me, even on vacation and I was really let down on this aspect.

Absolutely love staying at the reef . Staff was very friendly, very helpful. It wasn’t overwhelming with people. I love the privacy that it has as well as the beach area on this side . 10/10.

Beautiful suite with wonderful views of ocean. However only had hot water in bathroom for the first and last days (had to shower in cold water for 5 days despite requesting maintenence each day to fix it). If not for the hot water issue would have been an amazing stay
