It was alright all around but it was a bit upsetting being confronted with payment and paperwork right away even though we haven’t had that chance to even step in the room yet. It felt unwelcoming and even overwhelming. It killed the mood right away. I understand security measures but it’s a bit much for our first meeting. Love the services such as the room service and the people who help you with your luggages. The breakfast was a joy and we love the consistent service.
