Room was clean. Breakfast was not bad not good.
I have arrived the hotel about 2pm, they arbitrarily wait us till to 3pm for check in while most of the rooms were vacant.

Quiet location . Near a main train/ metro station.
Unfortunately there is no restaurant for hotel guests onsite.
The cooliing system in the room was not responsive, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent.
