David was excellent when checking us in. He was helpful with the car parking and other questions. The last morning of our stay we discovered that the elevator was out of service. He quickly and graciously helped us with heavy bags in spite of everything going on.

The bed had a lot of edges. We reported it to the front desk, and they told us they were "fireproof." We asked the cleaner to put another blanket under the bedspreads, but they DID NOT. We traveled for 30 days in different hotels, and this was the worst bed.
