Clean room, friendly helpfull staff

The bathroom and the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper. The service was terrible.

Excellent location in a historic building. Room was very small. A bit difficult to find places to unpack. Have to squeeze between the bed and shelf. Overall the stay was nice.

the hotel is what you expect from a Yotel , small but great room, everything in top condition, restaurant staff very good. only negative is hotel is in a urban renewal part of the city , therefore nothing around it besides a great bakery across the road.

Fantastic, modern hotel. Staff were lovely & very helpful. Lovely short 5 minute or so walk takes you to central station. Great hotel in a great location

Amazing staff who anticipated and handled every possible need. The Concierge, Brian, arranged our transportation from the airport, via email, while we were still in California, and rebooked it several times because we had so many flight delays and cancellations. He also arranged a tour of Amsterdam that was fantastic. Then when my daughter needed medical attention, he arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel. Very efficient and friendly and caring. Couldn’t ask for more.

Everything was faultless, with superb connections into central Amsterdam.

The room was very cozy, clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. Stunning view to the canal and the bathroom was very spacious and enjoyable. It was a little challenging to go all the way up using the stairs. The steps were very narrow and the room was on a third floor, there is no elevator. It was manageable. I had a pleasant experience.
