Great helpful staff Wonderful selection for breakfast, all freshly made Enjoyed the pool and sauna Unfortunately we didn’t have the weather to enjoy the rooftop but could tell it would be a great area in the warmer climate Room was adequate although little on the small side with small balcony onto the street. Comfortable and spacious room, nice bed, friendly staff and really good location. Breakfast was rather mediocre, slightly overpriced for its quality and variety. Housekeeping didn't clean the room on the first day, despite a visible request for it displayed on our door, but I absolutely loved their little gesture with a Valentine's rose and card left in the room for us.

The staff were friendly but not attentive they gave us a room that was already occupied then the first room was really unsuitable as it was dirty and smelly eventually the room we stayed in was much better but not amazing as it was right at the end of the longest corridor and where the store rooms were so we kept hearing very loud door slams throughout the early morning and during the night too. The breakfast was okay but very crowded we had to wait in a queue sometimes for over 20 minutes. Location was okay but not the best as the taxi’s sometimes got confused where to pick up or drop us. So we will be avoiding Intercontinental hotels in the future.

Very good and knowledgeable staff, ready to help with smiles. Enjoy d 10 days stays and will recommend the place. Hopefully will visit again.

Staff and location were excellent. Rana and Marietta at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the stocked minibar that is complimentary when you arrive is a nice way to start.
