Ok hotel and is in a good location however expected more amenities for a 4 star hotel. Also had a broken sink and a/c that did not work in the room which got a little too warm

Value for money is 3.5 out of 5. For the money we spent, there are lots of other hotels in the same area. I believe we could have done better. Had a better, more comfortable stay at one of the other hotels in walking distance from the Lotte Hotel World. Lotte is showing some age.
