Wonderful experience! Got in from Hawaii very late, received an upgrade to a gorgeous suite. Better service than usual upon check in and out. Stay here a lot for work but was even better than usual. Got some great products at the spa. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable.

The front desk was super helpful, I wish I knew the name of the one girl who helped us. We asked if we could get any different types of tea for the room and she happily went and found us several options and was super friendly about it. Great job! This was on Saturday Jan.10 evening
