My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is gorgeous! Our room was very clean and comfortable and the food and spa experience were wonderful! Tea at the Empress was a highlight! The staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special. Highly recommend!

We stay here every April & we’re disappointed to get noticed a couple of days before our visit that the outside pool was closed for maintenance. When we arrived they said 2 hot tubs were closed as well.
