Clean, excellent service and stay. Lovely views of the city.

Ardiz at the front desk was great during our check in, she even got us in our room early. The concierge was very helpful as well. I have nothing but good to say about our stay. Will definitely be back!

I love the location and the modern amenities, the lovely rooms and comfortable bed. We arrived on a Sunday and only 1 reception clerk was on until a large group walked in after us, so a bit of a delay checking in. The Nespresso original coffee maker in the room didn't work. We went to the restaurant for breakfast. The server didn't fully explain the a la cart options so my French Omelette was not cooked enough for my tastes. To their credit, they did remake it though it did not contain all the ingredients I requested. The rosemary potatoes, whilst tasty, had no hint of advertised rosemary.. While the restaurant wasn't overly busy, our meals were very slow in arriving. Great hotel, restaurant needs some changes

We were assigned with a room located on 2nd floor, there was loud disco/party music until 3am Monday morning. Not sure if the noise came from the room next to us or from hotel's conference room level, it was quite disturbing. Otherwise our stay was pleasant as we enjoyed the location and helpful staff.

An upscale hotel - spacious, comfortable rooms, attentive staff, quiet, conveniently located, within easy walking distance of many restaurants, arts venues, and a subway entrance 1 minute walk from the front door. We had an excelllent stay and would definitely return.
