Staying on the Queen Mary is so cool! This historical, iconic ship that is also a hotel and museum is a must see! As well as providing soft, comfy beds and clean, cute rooms this property is a walk back in time. I loved it and I will be back for sure!

Everything was great except the AC didn't work in our first room. The second room was nice but it didn't have the ocean view. Despite that we really enjoyed the stay and will return there for future trips.

Our room was very small and felt not updated. There was a literal hole in the wall of the leading outside so they could fit the tube of a cheap standing AC unit (which was very needed) in the middle of the room. It made the room feel tacky and extra small.

"The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The hallway carpet is very worn/dirty. The stairways and parking are very inconvenient from the middle of the second floor. The ice machines are very noisy."
