Staff was awesome at check in. The location of the Rio being not far off the Las Vegas blvd Strip is amazing! ( roughly 5/8 minutes walk 2 minutes drive depending on traffic conditions)
The room we had was a suit it was advertised and shown as newly renovated, but it looked a bit outdated.
After our first night and we left the room, we followed up and asked a staff member at the check-in encounter to have our room cleaned and serviced upon our return we found the room was not cleaned not serviced at all.
The room also had no in room microwave.
A/C heating system was working ok. ( it’s like it had a mind of its own)
TV system not enough viewing options.
The beds were very clean and fresh pillows and bedding.
Mattresses were kind of a bit too firm.
Ordering room service was a bit different so we chose to eat out every day.

Well the room was way in the back. So it seemed a little sketchy at first. But when we got inside the room everything was updated and very clean and nice. The room was perfect.
