Room spotless, very comfortable/luxurious. Staff very attentive, cheerful and helpful

The Palm Manor Room was excellent - spacious , very comfortable and well maintained by the great house keeping staff

Staff really friendly and helpful. Hotel and facilities were generally great, plenty of different pools and areas to choose from - particularly liked that some of the smaller/childrens pool were shaded. Family apartment was large and well equipped - only negative was the shower was cold for our stay, we did report to concierge and reception but nothing was done to fix, it was a shame because everything else was great!

Beach team and Italian restaurant are clearly 5*. Rooms nice but really could do with some entertainment at night. Singer outside the Palm Restaurant very nice, but post meal the hotel lacks atmosphere
