Pigeon Island Romantic Holidays

We were greeted with welcome drinks(mimosas) on arrival. The front desk staff (Celus) was amazing! sharing very helpful tips and insights for tours and activities. the firefly studio views was just breathtaking! the other front desk staff ( Quana) was also very friendly and helpful and with a special request for a surprise setup in our room.

Absolutely Amazing and beautiful inside and out! Not just the property but the staff as well! This totally exceeded me and my husband’s expectations! 10/10!! We enjoyed our stay! The room, the food, the pool, the beach, the excursions! It was everything I needed and more to celebrate my 34th Birthday! Thank you all and we will see you again!

The resort is somewhat dated. The staff ate not as welcoming after arrival. Room service, if there is any good left, takes at least 1 hr. If you do not like cats, this isn't the resort for you. We did enjoy our excursion on the Timeless 2 speed boat.

Windjammer Landing is undeniably a beautiful property in St. Lucia, with gorgeous surroundings and a wonderful Caribbean atmosphere. Unfortunately, my stay came with a rather unexpected souvenir…..a broken toe! A word of caution about the stairs in the lobby area: Some are slightly uneven, so be mindful of your footing. I learned this the hard way, and breaking a toe just before a European vacation was certainly not part of my itinerary! What disappointed me most, however, was that not a single manager checked on me throughout the remainder of my stay to see how I was doing. For a resort of this caliber, I would have expected a little more personal attention and concern following an injury on the property. That said, I do want to recognize the wonderful restaurant staff, who were incredibly accommodating. They provided an extra chair and ice so I could elevate my injured foot while enjoying my meals. The nurse was also very friendly, helpful, and attentive, which I truly appreciated. Overall, Windjammer Landing is a beautiful resort, and there were staff members who genuinely went out of their way to make me comfortable. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up from management left a disappointing impression. A little genuine concern goes a long way, especially in hospitality.
