This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. Same great service as the first time. Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms. Convenient location especially with the underground access to Sapporo Station and the nearby area. I'll be coming back

We had 5 nights at the hotel and everything was great! Compliments to the very helpful and responsive staff!!! They made our stay even more comfortable! This is our 2nd stay are Mercure.
