The room size is what you should expect while traveling in Tokyo. It was just right, having enough room for two large suitcases (we stacked ours on top of each other) and being able to move freely about the space. The view was spectacular and the cleanliness and friendly staff made this stay great. I am a shower and water pressure junkie - and the bathroom and shower were the standouts in this hotel. After a long day of walking around, it was so nice to have a nice, hot, and extremely great water pressure shower! I still miss the shower :) I would stay here again and again - it was located right in the heart of Shinjuku, with restaurants, shopping, and all the nightlife you can handle! Great location, great staff, clean and ample space, and an awesome shower - I would recommend this location to everyone that is considering staying in Shinjuku!

Convenient location and clean rooms

We are two girls travelling from Australia to Japan and had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions we had. During our trip, a typhoon passed through the area, and the hotel kindly provided umbrellas for guests. Unfortunately, the umbrella we used broke during use, but we appreciated the hotel’s effort to assist guests during the bad weather. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel. The only downside was that the lobby and reception area became very busy from midday onwards, with many guests checking in and out, which sometimes resulted in longer wait times.

Great hotel that is a step-above and is a great value. Short walk from the Shimbashi station either above ground or underground which is convenient if it is raining. The hotel ambiance is very quiet and the floors are filled with Japanese artwork. The hotel starts on the 25th floor so your views pretty much 360 degrees from the hotel and the rooms are amazing. You can easily have a pretty view of the Tokyo tower and Mt. Fuji on a clear day. Helpful staff and clean rooms. We fell in love with the Shimbashi area. Full of great little restaurants and bars. The area is full of energy. It is two JR stops south of the Tokyo station and is served by 5 separate JR lines. On top of that the station is also served by the Ginza, Asakusa, and Toei-Oedo subway lines. So you can get pretty much anywhere you would want to go in Tokyo via these lines. We took a direct line from Shimbasi to the Haneda Airport (all terminals served).
