This hotel has a great location with walking distance to everything. The staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. We used the spa for massages and it was great. Additionally, the breakfast was great.

We booked two rooms at the Aira for six nights. Before we arrived we needed to extend the stay, and the team took care of it with no issue at all. The communication leading up to the trip was great, which got things off on the right foot.
The staff helped us out at every turn. One morning they sewed a button back onto my son’s shirt, and Christine booked us a trip to Halong Bay that included private transport. It made a real difference.
The rooms are clean and have a lot of character. The streaming boxes were a nice touch, and the AC was quiet and worked well. Breakfast was great, and the SkyBar was a good way to end the day. There’s also a pool and gym on the 7th floor, and the pool was refreshing.
We’ll be back.
