Das Hotel ist insgesamt besser, als es so manche Bewertung vermuten lässt. Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer und waren zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Man erreicht nach ein paar Gehminuten den Petersdom und den Trevi Brunnen. Wir sind vom Hotel auch bis zum Kolosseum gelaufen (ca. 40 min. eine Strecke zu Fuß). So sieht man wenigstens etwas von der Stadt. Klar, das Hoten ist nicht unbedingt mit 4 Sternen in Deutschland zu vergleichen, aber für unsere Ansprüche hat es voll ausgereicht. Man darf halt nicht so genau in die Ecken schauen usw., Türrahmen sind abgenutzt und auch die Rezeption sieht jetzt nicht sonderlich einladend aus. Wie gesagt, uns hat das nicht gestört. Auch das Frühstück war reichhaltiger und besser als aufgrund der vielen schlechten Bewertungen erwartet.

The room and bathroom was clean. Staff was excellent.

Perfect for a family trip to NYC. Fold out sofa is key when traveling with children which is hard to find in NY hotels.

The entire staff, from the doormen, front desk, and housekeeping were fabulous!! The room was spacious, lovely, and clean. The restaurants in the hotel were amazing!!!

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is courteous, professional and extremely friendly. The buffet was to tier and a tad bit different each day. The rooms were spacious for a NYC hotel.

Just not very customer oriented. The desk person who greeted me upon arrival didn't actually do so. He just stared at me with a smirk until I said, "I'd like to check in." The room was ordinary, although without a refrigerator. However, it really doesn’t matter because the only access to even a Diet Coke is through room service. One cost $14. Of the two concierges on duty, the woman was great. The man looked like he hated to be bothered. However, none of that is a surprise since the concierge desk is tucked away like they hope you don't find it.

The room smells old the bed was hard and old as well the blankets need better ventilation and shampoo and conditioner as well the soap. Keep more ventilation took take care of the smoke in the casino expected people we asthma as well kids are older people. Thank you

Rooms small but had everything needed. Great walking location to everything. Staff very helpful. downside, only elevator out of order in the evening. Our room was on the 6th floor!
