Just a beautiful hotel, with an amazing garden, rooms are clean and the staff was amazing! Great location as well!

The room was nice, lovely balcony. Great breakfast and wonderful helpful staff. The only complaint was the overwhelming fragrances in the lobby. So much potpourri or scented candles.

Easy area to get around London on foot

I booked a solo traveller room which was such a lovely experience. Good space, clean and comfortable. Felt at ease.

Nice place with excellent breakfast.

They were very accommodating when I needed to stay an extra night as well as having a room available so I can check in early. It’s very close to the tube and multiple bus stops. I never once felt unsafe. Would absolutely stay here again

The property we stayed in was beautiful, equipped with everything you needed. The only downside was the hot water for the showers ran hot for 1/2minutes then went freezing cold. We did report this and somebody was meant to come out to resolve this but unfortunately the 2 nights we was their the problem didnt get resolved the comunication wasnt brilliant. The matter was never resloved.

Great location, close to Paddington station. Nice street with shops and cafes/bars.
