The location was perfect. The building is very tired. The one thing that I would mention is that the shower come bathroom area is quite dangerous in that you have a high ‘lip’ to climb over and the shower is rammed against the end. It is quite slippy in the bath and is not suitable if you are elderly or have lower limb issuses TV is low end but so what. Staff were very helpful and always upbeat.

I have stayed in so many five stars hotels, but this hotel is the best for every thing.

A great spot located walking distance to the Nice Centre-Ville station. Extremely friendly staff that were helpful and accommodating. The common space where they have breakfast in the morning was also a spot where groups could hang out during the rest of the day. Overall, a great option for a hotel stay closer to the train station.

Great value. We asked for a twin room, but got given a queen bed. In the end this didn't matter as it was large enough, and also a nice bed. The bathroom room could do with some improvement, as there isn't space to hang things. However the shower was good. Staff changed the towels everyday. Staff were helpful in sourcing an iron & board for us when needed, from reception. I think prior guests had smoked either in the room, nearby, or perhaps this is the cleaners? It wasn't overly strong, but some of our clothes caught this scent until we washed them upon returning home. It wasn't a big issue, within 30 seconds of entering the room, you'll adjust and no longer smell the smoke. The area was perfect if you want to be situated within walking distance of everything that is convenient. You have a tram stop less than 5 minutes walk away, which can take you to the airport. Also Old town is an easy stroll. The A/C doesn't seem to get as cold as it's supposed to. My theory is that the window isn't properly sealed when it's closed, and maybe this means warm outside air enters the room. It does eventually catch up, but takes a long time. You need to leave the A/C on 24/7. At least this was the case for Room108, I can't speak for others. If you keep it turned on, then returning to the room gives you a pleasant relief from the hot streets of Nice (summer time). Check-in & check-out processes were super easy. The toilet has a swivel seat, which is ideal in a small room.
