Bow Valley Parkway Romantic Holidays

The hotel is centrally located, but at the time of our visit, there was massive street construction that was very noisy. We were able to move to a higher level floor to avoid hearing the construction. The room was very comfortable, but the air conditioner was not able to regulate the temperature and froze up. We had great experiences with the staff and the pool, hot tub and exercise room were very nice amenities.

Very good and comfortable

We have stayed here many times and this time we were very disappointed in the only on site restaurant. We went there for drinks on the patio in the later afternoon after checkin. There was no one at the front so we flagged someone down and asked if we could sit on the patio. We were taken to a table and given menus. The people beside us did not get any so we gave them one of ours. There was only three tables of people on the whole patio. We sat there for 10 minutes before we decided to try elsewhere. The other couple beside us left as well. There are two other restaurants in the area and their patios were packed and yet they had no one at theirs. It just seems for the price that we pay for the room at this hotel there should at least be a place on site to eat/drink. Otherwise our stay was very good.

Cups in the rooms were dirty and there was a very weird smell in the room.
