Beautiful setting. Facility is extremely clean and very well kept. Loved having another food option on site this year. Only complaint is the comfort of the bed in the room we had this year was seriously bad.

We stayed here when we added 2 nights before our stay at Beaches where we were meeting our neighbors. Stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was perfect for what we needed. Accommodations were perfect. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We happened to be there for Easter Sunday, and they had such a cute easter egg hunt, crafts, games and winners!! They even had a surprise visit by the Easter Bunny himself. I couldn't be happier with our experience. We rented snorkels for $5 and loved snorkeling at the reef. The pools were all awesome. Can't wait to return!

Loved everything about this hotel. The shuttle they provide is so helpful too to take you to the other side of the island.

Brand new, beautiful, and flawless property. Staff were incredible and genuinely caring. Easily the best restaurant on the island as well. Not cheap, but highly recommend!

We loved our stay at The Palms! Everything was perfect from day 1, the rooms were spotless and the staff was so attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants on site are great. I would definitely come back and book again! My only suggestion would be that the beach attendants be a bit more proactive. In the 5 days we were there, they never set up our beach chairs/opened umbrellas. Not a big deal for us but it was something we noticed. All in all, lovely place and can’t wait to be back!

Clean room, very attentive customer service. Overall, great stay!
