Exceptional hotel. I arrived very sick and they were very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The nicest room we have stayed in during our 2 week vacation in Japan.

Room was very clean. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Super convenient to nearby areas. And just 2 train stops to Shinsaibashisuji shopping area and Dontobori.

No gym. No bar. Breakfast OK.

This hotel is spotless. Clean, modern, although small in size, it is organized well. The staff is very professional, friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned everyday and left immaculate. The only reason I could not give the hotel five stars is that there is no closet space whatsoever. Two hooks on the wall is all, enough to hang your coats. The space where the kettle is can easily be made into a small closet.

Clean, spacious suite for my family of four. The connecting rooms were ideal with a living space in between. We really enjoyed our meal at the Teppanyaki restaurant, they were gracious to accommodate us at the last minute as we flew in without a reservation. My teenage boys said it was the best steak they’ve ever had. Location is great as well, the nearby castle was an easy walk. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!
