The staff were great. Service is good. The variety for breakfast could have been better but it was ok. Disappointing that there was no coffee in the room only tea.

The staff was FANTASTIC! Great location, Great Hotel, clean vibrant with great beach access.

This property is in an excellent location, surrounded by various restaurants and walking distance to the metro station. The Mall of Emirates is either a 20 min walk or one metro stop. The most positive review goes to the hotel staff. All the staff are extremely helpful, efficient and do go out of their way to make sure customers' are comfortable . However there are issues with the hotel. Every Friday evening the hotel hosts a party on the first floor and the noise travels to the guestroom making it difficult to rest or sleep. The bathtubs and bathroom doors are worn out and has got rusts and stains. When I walk down the corridor and in my room the vents constantly gave out a malodourous himid scent which was unpleasant and I had to open the windows.

Upon checking in on 1st of December room number 2103.Mr. Mohammed, the night shift manager, went above and beyond to enhance my stay. He upgraded my room, ensuring I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. His exceptional service made a significant difference, and I genuinely appreciate all his help during my stay. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to thank him in person before I left, but I want him to know that he really made my vacation special. The hotel itself was beautiful, and every member of the staff provided outstanding customer service. Mr. Mohammed’s efforts particularly stood out, and I can't wait to return for another amazing stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again! if anyone has learned from covid its keeping carpets cleaned and bathrooms sterilized, its a wonderful hotel beautiful and i stayed twice in one month traveling but i am noticing not just here that floors and carpets are dirty in all class of hotels a steam cleaning of carpets should be done here and the jumeriah hotels, but the sheraton mall of emirates is worth the stay, enjoyable, relaxed athmosphere, will return
