Unfortunately on arrival they told us that they were overbooked and they had to give us a different room. Although the room was excellent it was in the Marina and you had to travel the tram to get to the main hotel where the swimming pool, restaurants, shopping and entertainment was. The next day they got us a different room in the Garden area and we were happy.

Everything was good, food, cleanliness and all. I just wish they would have keep up with the amount of clean towels throughout my stay.
