The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The location was excellent, and everything was extremely clean. The bar area was beautiful and very Instagram-worthy, making it a great spot for photos.

It was a very late check in but the staff were friendly and courteous.
Room was clean and the complimentary water and sparkling drinks were appreciated.
Breakfast area is nice and spacious and has all the usual things you would expect for a uk hotel.

We were very impressed with the overall hotel, the staff and the architecture. The food was really good for lunch and dinner. For lunch, we sat at the bar and was served by Kaitlyn, who was very polite, helpful and professional. All your staff was very polite and helpful, but Kaitlyn was particularly good at it. Next time we’re in Liverpool will be sure to stay at this hotel, without fail!
