Clean room and really close to Anfield stadium

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The location was excellent, and everything was extremely clean. The bar area was beautiful and very Instagram-worthy, making it a great spot for photos.

The hotel its self is good, clean rooms, bar area light, bright and a lovely area to sit The breakfast was a big let down, the cold options were excellent, variety and lovely and fresh, the hot options not so much, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns and mushrooms were all stone cold, the conveyor toaster was missing the ramp so the toast just dropped out of the back of the toaster on to the table top, you could easily burn yourself reaching right to the back of the toaster to retrieve your toast. Little things just let the hotel down and for the price (£280.00) for one night it really is unacceptable

We were very impressed with the overall hotel, the staff and the architecture. The food was really good for lunch and dinner. For lunch, we sat at the bar and was served by Kaitlyn, who was very polite, helpful and professional. All your staff was very polite and helpful, but Kaitlyn was particularly good at it. Next time we’re in Liverpool will be sure to stay at this hotel, without fail!

Check in was seamless and we were greeted by a smiling member of staff and given a complimentary glass of fizz.

We enjoyed our stay at the Waterside Hotel. Parking in the basement was easy with lifts to all floors. The room was good, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only grumbles would be that it was difficult getting into the bath tub to have a shower and there was no fridge in the room.
