Virginia Key Beach Park Ski Holidays

The hotel is close to everything — beach, shops, restaurants. We loved the rooftop area for sunset views. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Will book again! Thanks!

I appreciated the close location to the beach. We were literally a walk across the street to the beach. Everything was walkable. The staff were attentive & present. Very helpful and friendly & accommodating. The lobby area always was clean smelling. I liked they provided complimentary bikes to ride, beach chairs & bottled water. What I did not like were the little bit of channels available on the tv. The stations they did have did not have service so it did not work. Would also recommend a full length mirror.

Our room had a lot of “minor” but noticeable things needing to be fixed giving it a bad look. I’ve stayed at hotels with less stars that had better conditions than our room at the Mondrian. We’ve stayed here before and did not have this same experience, but from the moment we walked in, the desk staff did not greet us, explain why she was running my card, didn’t offer the complimentary water or glass of champagne, or tell us to enjoy our stay and just walked away.

The room was small with no desk and bar fridge. You have to ask for a fridge which just sits on the floor. The staff however were nice and accommodating.

the staff was very friendly and the location is perfect! There are also some very good restaurants next to the hotel. Unfortunately on our last day there was very loud noise due to construction work in the upper floors - we complained it (concierge; guest service..) and asked for help - but there was no reaction from the hotel side - not even a "sorry for that"..

Nice and luxurious property!! Definitely come back!!!👍
