Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier! Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

Ink 48 definitely feels like it’s missing some heavy duty management. The staff was lovely, and everything seems clean, but overall it’s just a bit faded and unpolished. In our room, the hotel phone wasn’t working, the clock was set to be wrong time, the air vent seemed to be hanging on for dear life, and the mini bar was stocked with bottles of water from the bodega down the street, literally with these neon pink price stickers still on them. The hotel roof is managed by a different company, and they did not seem to have any hustle or desire to welcome hotel guests up to the roof. I know that has nothing to do with the hotel, but it is on the property and you would think that the rooftop staff would make a point of fussing a little extra over hotel guests. As I said, staff seemed very friendly, but it did look like a ragtag bunch with untucked shirts, a laissez-faire attitude, et cetera. For 750 bucks a night, for the overall stay I have to say I was a little disappointed

My wife and I stayed at the Elizabeth Hotel from September 17th -22nd. This was my first trip to Rome, so I was looking for an incredible experience in the heart of the city. The hotel was everything I wanted plus more. It is located a short 5 minute walk to the Piazza Del Popolo, the starting point of our two tours to Pompeii and Tuscany. The hotel is located on a side street, so we heard none of the neighborhood activity after a long day exploring the city. From the moment the doorman opened the door for upon arrival until he loaded our luggage into our car for the return trip to the airport, everything at the hotel was excellent. Our "suite" had a nice size living room with a fridge to store cold beverages. The bedroom was roomy a very comfortable king bed. The bath room was spacious and very modern. Breakfast (included) was served either inside or on a rooftop patio and offered a wide variety of delicious food. The French Toast was outstanding as was the homemade granola with yogurt and fruit. The floor plan itself was intriguing as we discovered nooks and alcoves at every turn. The library offered a quiet place to relax. The staff at the hotel was superb with friendly smiles greeting us at every encounter. Special mention to Thomas and Julianna at the front desk for their extraordinary help with restaurant and gelato recommendations, and their willingness to jump on the phone to help (in rapid fire Italian) with any snafus in our travel plans. They were outstanding.

The casino and the lobby was freezing the air was so cold it was uncomfortable going from the pool back inside was dreadful I had to buy a coat to wear in casino but hold the coat in my hand every where else. I could not even stay and eat at the restaurants because it was freezing had tk keep packing my food and eatingback in my room. No microwave and the fridge didnt get cold at all . Overpriced mini bar in room 15.00 for water is crazy. the people at front desk were not helpful when checking in. i sat in a cold lobby for 4 hours to check in after being told I'd be on a waiting list all to be told I was not on the list despite asking 3 times every hour of I was close to being next . I havde waited years to save up to come here and it wasn't a great 1st impression . But very very clean. I went to a few casinos with the flithiest machines. Like sticky buttons. Broken buttons due to someone spilling so this is the cleaner casino I have been to. The bar outside could use more organization one guy busting his ass to help people while the other is standing around laughing with the bikini girls who are making fun of how the guests look or how they are dressed was so rude ...also. people kept running up to order while there are people already waiting and he would take there order after everyone else was waiting 15 min. Gambled 3k and couldnt even get a bonus or free spins so the games didnt show very much love. Not 1 comp. After how much i spent this weekend and have to .

The hotel is very well located and the staff are all nice. I’ve stayed before and the rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that I called twice on the day of checkout to see if I could check out at 1pm instead of Noon. Both times I was told that I’d be called back, but I never was…
