My room was clean and I had a great view. It was close to my sister was staying at the Wynn. I could afford the blackjack tables at Treasure Island and won more money there than at the Wynn across the street.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at One Hotel South Beach. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented every time. The staff was truly awesome: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
The property itself was spotless and incredibly well maintained; cleanliness was clearly a top priority throughout our stay. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience.
Special mention to Marco from valet—he went above and beyond, was so kind, professional, and made coming and going effortless. He truly made a difference in our stay.
We can’t wait to come back!

long check in process after long journey. Wife stays there for business & wasn't happy with room for 10 nights. Hotel didn't know how to manage the" free morning coffee" perk. Destination fee of $52.23 incl tax daily was unexpected as law requires if be shown when offer is presented by expedia
