Front staff and house keeping are on top of everything! Friendly, helpful and efficient! Property is clean and you can get to a lot of the tourist sights by walking. Overall excellent experience!

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was spectacular and location was very convenient - within walking distance to all attractions but just far enough so it's not in the noisy/busy area. Did not have a chance to use the gym. Would return.

Lightning outside can be improved. Staff can be a little bit more welcoming. It’s a beautiful hotel in a dark street. The city can be more helpful if they put better street lights. The bathroom is impressive due to heated floors. The room is spacious. If you request they will give you slippers to wear on the room.

It’s clear that hospitality is taken very seriously here, and the team works together seamlessly to provide a five-star experience. The spa and wellness facilities were absolutely superb. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, the facilities were spotless, and the treatments were deeply relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city, and it added a real sense of indulgence to the stay. As for the food, it was outstanding. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with high-quality ingredients and a great variety of options.
