We arrived very late and everyone was very nice. The room was clean. The only thing is I wish they told us a little more about what all the hotel has. Things that maybe included. This did not take away from out experience. I would stay here again if we would come back to NYC.

Needed updating (peeling paint, bathroom tiles…)
The staff was fine but not overly helpful. We wanted rooms on the same floor they couldn’t accommodate and didn’t seem to try.
