The location was perfect in proximity to the shopping areas and local eating establishments. The staff was nice overall. When problems or questions asked, immediate action was taken, For that, a grateful. The physical property is lovely. However, for the price and the additional amenities charges do not meet the experience. For example, the small private beach was not maintained except to take the umbrellas down each night. The beach was not cleaned and swept each day. There were straws in the sand, cups from the previous days, towels in the lounge chairs etc. This is unusual at this level of hotel and must have more accountability for the management team to ensure that it is better experience for the guests.

Absolutely beautiful relaxing property. The multiple restaurants were all excellent. The pool and pool area were very well maintained. Everything about the Island House was elegant and comfortable.
