Floors in my room didn’t look very well vacuumed, but everything else looked okay. Then the day of checking out, the housekeepers came into our room even though the do not disturb sign was on the door and said “your checkout is today”. Yes, I knew that. DO NOT DISTURB!

We arrived very late and everyone was very nice. The room was clean. The only thing is I wish they told us a little more about what all the hotel has. Things that maybe included. This did not take away from out experience. I would stay here again if we would come back to NYC.

I booked two rooms for the NYC Marathon, one for my partner and I and one for my mom and daughter. We were not on the same floor but were able to check in early which was nice! The rooms were clean and average but the blinds REALLY need to be replaced.

We just left Rome and our Hotel was in very nice neighborhood close to Metro line B Bologna which is 9 min walk from hotel to connect us to city center. Beds were very comfortable we had 3 twin bed room with 2 long closets for all three of our clothes nice medium size bathroom and staff at front desk GREAT CREW
