Very nice place close to the airport. No elevator and if you have luggage there is no help to go to the second floor. The place is very nice

They falsely accused me of smoking in the room and charged a 500 smoke fee and I don’t even smoke

I’d elect to stay elsewhere due to all the repost fee, resort fee tax, upgrade tax. In all, it added roughly $220additional to our 3night stay.

This hotel location is right near Times Square and Broadway. It is super clean and the room comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet every morning that was delicious. They have such polite and friendly staff everywhere. So well organized and friendly. Should definitely stay here again!

We spent 2 nights, very good location, staff were friendly. Our room was very small, bathroom was clean but the toilet did not work properly, overflowed so we had to turn water off, taps in the sink were old & needed repairs, laminate floor was lifting in bedroom, Air conditioning was very noisy.
The lobby or common area was very useful, we were able to socialize with our friends.
