Location was excellent. Hotel was beautiful. Staff very helpful, pleasant and professional.

All the staff were so kind and very helpful. They helped us with tours,directions, and even ways to save money on the tours we wanted. We were given a ver nice room upgrade. Breakfast was delicious.

Very clean hotel and rooms, excellent shower, ok breakfast some staff very good (the restaurant manager was supper) others ok. We had an issue with hot water during our stay.

Nice size room , well cleaned but the Airconditioning could have been cooler. Great location.

This is a gorgeous hotel, really well located for both walking and transport. Rooms are amazing, and staff are so helpful. Special thanks to the bar staff who made our last night really special

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the spa — after a long day of walking and exploring, it was so nice to unwind in the pool and hot tub. We also received complimentary drinks vouchers, which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fountain with a cup of tea, which made the experience even more relaxing. The location is excellent, with plenty of great places within walking distance. We especially loved the pizza from Belli Di Mamma — absolutely amazing and only a short walk away. Overall, a fantastic stay with great facilities, a perfect location, and friendly touches that made it extra special. I had a great 30th birthday
