I stayed at KAYA Hotel for one night before heading to Petra, and I was really impressed. The location is fantastic—very central, close to Abdali, and conveniently near the JETT bus stop, which makes traveling around easy. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I even received a complimentary room upgrade—from a basic option to a spacious junior suite with a living area, a large double bed, and a beautiful bathroom. It was an incredible value for money. The room itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and I also tried the dinner buffet, which was reasonably priced and had a great selection. The staff went out of their way to explain dishes, give recommendations, and make the experience pleasant. Overall, KAYA Hotel offers great service, a comfortable and stylish room, and a prime location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amman, even if just for a short stay.

One of the most beautiful hotels with definitely the best service I have experienced. Every staff member seemed to know my name - warm, welcoming & so helpful. For example, my iPhone had liquid detection so would not charge with a cord. In the middle of the night, my phone would still not charge. My phone is my camera, travel confirmations, & so much more. Panicked, I reached out to the concierge via WhatsApp and they brought me a MagSafe charger & insisted I keep to ensure I would not lose access for my trip & subsequent return to the states. They also made me the best shashuka I have ever had for breskfast. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Phenomenal experience & so very grateful.
