9.6/10 Exceptional! (778 reviews)
Really enjoyed my stay at Mina A'Salam. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had a proper Arabian-luxury feel to it — really comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and the balcony/view was a lovely touch. Everything felt well looked after and maintained.
The staff were brilliant throughout — friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Check-in was smooth and quick, and every member of staff I came across, from housekeeping to the concierge, was helpful and welcoming. It really added to the overall experience.
Didn't get round to using the pool or spa this time, but based on the room and service alone, I'd happily stay again.
