Middle East Ski Holidays

I had the deluxe room with partial sea view and it was large, clean, and modern. My only complaint is that the tub is too high. You can't beat the location of the hotel. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and so is the marina. The staff is amazing, from the security personnel, the front desk, restaurant employees, to the porters. They were all eager to help.

Room was huge. Bathroom not cleaned very well (mould on walls). Kitchen cupboards smelly and appliances a bit old and dirty/rusty. Was ok for preparing very simple meals. Front desk staff and concierge very warm and friendly. Lots of grocery stores around. Close to Insurance Market metro station.

Clean, walking distance. Staffs are friendly and efficient.

It is very good but would be better with frequent shuttle Srvc to mall and beach

We stayed on the Palms side and great views of the water and pool side. Checked in at 3pm and went straight to the Imperial club lounge where good variety of food. Then back at 5pm for nibbles and drinks…what a fabulous time we have had.Staff impeccable and friendly service all the time…a recommendation to stay here if you have a chance too.Thanks for a memorable time and experience and will be back fir sure.
