I like the quiet areas (2nd floor lounge?) The hotel is old but well maintained - clean, no "old building smell" Breakfast provided is healthy - and there is variety.

Room is nice and clean, the plus is the Nespresso coffee machine, water and soda in the fridge.

Thin TP. Staff did not re stock coffee. When you open the freezer door ice cubes fall on the ground. 600+ per night...

Had a great stay. Very clean and nicely updated

Had four elevators but very slow. Tv cable didn’t work had to call building engineer. No bottle opener on the roof so again had to call front desk. On a Saturday night fire alarm went off and nobody could use the elevators had to go up the stairs. The room was spacious and bathroom had double vanity. We had a view of time square but with all the scaffolding you can’t see anything. Plus is the big bus tour bus stops right in front of the hotel. The lobby is very cramped for check in. For the price of over $600 a night, I would have chosen somewhere else less central but more amenities.

My room was very noisy during the night. First, the city noises, such as garbage trucks working at 2am in the morning, that could be avoided eith better window isolation, then inside the room there was some noise of water dripping inside the walls and the noise of the centeal ACV system running. Additionally, the room was very hot and no way to control the temperature.

Our room was locked near the elevator, which made our sleep uncomfortable due to the noise and constant in and out. Also, 1 mirror in the whole room?

Nice hotel, amazing patio-area, clean rooms and quiet area. Only 5 min. walk to the most exclusive shopping in Rome. We loved it!
