Very nice place close to the airport. No elevator and if you have luggage there is no help to go to the second floor. The place is very nice

They falsely accused me of smoking in the room and charged a 500 smoke fee and I don’t even smoke

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean room. They had 3 different restaurant options for the free breakfast everyday. The only complaint I have is the water pressure in the shower, bit that seems to be a problem in the majority of the hotels up there. Great location - 1 block from times square and 1 block from restaurant row

We spent 2 nights, very good location, staff were friendly. Our room was very small, bathroom was clean but the toilet did not work properly, overflowed so we had to turn water off, taps in the sink were old & needed repairs, laminate floor was lifting in bedroom, Air conditioning was very noisy.
The lobby or common area was very useful, we were able to socialize with our friends.
