Educate the staff more!
I asked them to take care of my curtain in my bedroom. They didn't do it. I also asked them. I came to the pool area, and I said, "I would like to go to the pool." I said, "Sorry." They said, "Sorry, we have no more towels." I came to the Sky Bar, and the room was full of smoke. I said, "I thought non-smoking was implicit." They said, "Yes, it does make sense." Please educate your staff! Please educate your staff! Horrible!

Todo estuvo bien con el hotel, lo único es que yo pedí 2 camas individuales y cuando llegamos no tenían sino una matrimonial. Después que nos molestamos porque habíamos reservado individuales, enviaron a una persona y arreglaron un poco la situación
