Found the hotel a little cold but apart from that great stay. Hence the four stars

Nothing stood out except the location. The room condition, breakfast, and furniture were all mediocre. The old, noisy bidet needs to be replaced. The woobly bathtub must be fixed, as it poses a safety risk, and the flooring clearly shows an area that requires repair. The room condition does not meet the standard of care expected for guests. The experience did not live up to the “Shila” brand.

직원분들 다 친절하시고 방도 깨끗해서 잘 지내고 갔습니다. 옆 방에서 응급상황 때문에 조금 시끄럽긴 했는데 잘 땐 괜찮았습니다. 홍대처럼 소리 나는 것 싫어하시면 여기 좋습니다. 공항철도도 근처라 편해용

Hotel is at a good location that have access to metro line 2 and 3
