It was a pleasant stay and I would definitely use this hotel again but it is worth noting that the hotel has become quite dated and is in a need of a refresh. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Upon arrival we noticed the carpets had not been vacuumed, both at the door and the carpet in the room as there was food and a clump of hair on the rug. The hotel rectified this and sent someone to vacuum the room. 4 hours later they offered to upgrade our room and give us a late checkout. We declined on the room upgrade because we had a baby and were settled in at this stage but the manager said he would speak with us upon check out. This never happened which was disappointing. Overall staff were lovely and polite. We had a delicious meal in the Italian restaurant and also had a great lunch in the pool restaurant. Breakfast was also 5*.
