Dubai Coast Ski Holidays

This property is in an excellent location, surrounded by various restaurants and walking distance to the metro station. The Mall of Emirates is either a 20 min walk or one metro stop. The most positive review goes to the hotel staff. All the staff are extremely helpful, efficient and do go out of their way to make sure customers' are comfortable . However there are issues with the hotel. Every Friday evening the hotel hosts a party on the first floor and the noise travels to the guestroom making it difficult to rest or sleep. The bathtubs and bathroom doors are worn out and has got rusts and stains. When I walk down the corridor and in my room the vents constantly gave out a malodourous himid scent which was unpleasant and I had to open the windows.

Excellent room, very peaceful stay. Everything was 100 out of 100.

Room-clean and luxurious Lobby Area-clean and welcoming Staff-friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable Pool Area-lovely, clean and great service Food-Mezzerie-POOR-bland tasteless food, not much variety on a daily basis, limited for interesting vegetarian food.

Booked executive room. Was an excellent room with a balcony. Also decent executive lounge.
