Sindo Island Ski Holidays

Had an amazing time staying at this hotel. It’s perfectly located, has many convenience stores nearby, many restaurants and close to the train stations. The hotel itself was very clean, and most of all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This goes from the front desk staff to the cleaners who were welcoming and always ready to help. One of my favourite things about the stay was the breakfast service. There was so much choice and all of it was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay there again when I visit Seoul again.

Room is clean and staffs are kind.

New hotel, listed as 5 stars. The facility is modern, but the rooms are relatively small with low ceilings. The furniture is already worn out, adding to a feeling if decay and overuse. The room was not clean - glass tables with finger prints, and sticky floors in the restroom. Disgusting. In subsequent days the cleaning of the room and restroom was inadequate. The hotel is full all the time. The restaurants were booked the five nights that I stayed here. I had to walk outside if hotel to grab a bite to eat. The lobby is packed. Usage of the pool or gym is NOT included. You have to pay a significant fee to access those facilities, and when you do, the pull is saturated with people. Not pleasant at all. When you ask from help from the staff, all you get is a smile and a "we are sorry", but no assistance at all. I cannot recommend this hotel. It really is mediocre at best, and certainly far from a luxury designation. There are many better choices in Seoul.
