Clean room, helpful accommodating staff, air conditioned rooms that work, windows that open in your room. Modern and sophisticated style and great location for walking to all Milan has to offer. We added the breakfast which was nice with friendly staff. Only complaints lack of orange juice and fresh fruits, otherwise had your traditional Italian breakfast options.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good, firm bed. Very nice bathroom, except the shower was tiny. Staff was accommodating. Free breakfast was a nice assortment of eggs, fruit, meats, and drinks.

The hotel is really beautiful, service is great, room is big, clean, has all the amenities. Food is super delicious and great variety for breakfast or dinner. Had little confusion for the extra charge for SPA, so be aware it cost extra, but in Expedia site its not really visible, so needs to be updated. But SPA is worth visiting, really great. Overall enjoyed our stay, thank uoy to reception team for being so helpful and welcoming, bar and restaurant staff for their great service.

Excellent location and breakfast. Parking is terrible. Do not stay at hotel if driving/renting a car for more than a day

Overall a very nice hotel. The room was stylish and comfortable, but we'd have preferred more drawer space. Our other grumble is the paper cups for hot drinks.

The location of the hotel in the center of activities in Milan makes it a perfect location.
