Great place for the family full of activities for all ages

Don’t fall for their scam , they advertise use if the facilities , but we had to pay extra 30 euro to use the pool abd gym . Manager was unreachable to resolve it in a business day .

First time in Milan. Great hotel. Very bright and airy, natural light every where. Great restaurant. Understated elegance and discreet, courteous staff… whats not to like?

We loved this hotel. Old, charming, great breakfast, exceptionally lovely staff. The location was perfect for visiting the smaller part of town that was up the hill near the d’annunzio estate/museum. This small, hillside part of town was our favourite little discovery!

The highlight of the property is the beautiful pool area, perfectly situated right next to the lake. The restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was truly outstanding. The hotel itself is a bit of a mixed experience. The main entrance feels somewhat dated, and while the rooms are comfortable and have a nice layout, the furnishings are fairly basic. That said, the incredible pool, lakeside setting, delicious food, and spectacular breakfast more than made up for those shortcomings. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily return for the beautiful outdoor atmosphere and relaxing setting.

Excellent location of the property

Room was cleaned. Entrance door locked us out, trying to open it proved difficult and the assistance of a strong shoulder. Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. Either they are short handed or don’t care. Same applies for the bar and service. When my adult sons with his wife joined us nobody asked what they would like to drink or eat. Made a claim to the manager he wanted to dismiss it by only charging us for the coffee. Definitely will not use this hotel even if they paid me.
